Terms of Sale
Buyers wishing to purchase donkeys from our farm must agree to our sale terms. Our terms are meant to protect the buyer, Rushcreek, and most of all, our donkeys.
Terms:
- Foals sold on gelding terms will come with gelding papers and therefore cannot be registered as a jack for breeding purposes.
- It is the buyers responsibility to view the animal prior to purchasing. If you are interested in purchasing one of our adult animals, we require that you view the animal via picture, internet, or in person BEFORE we accept your deposit.
- All animals will be sold with health certificates and will be current on vaccinations.
- We encourage buyers to have their prospective purchase examined by their own vet.
- Out of state buyers will receive a current vet certificate for the transport.
- International buyers are responsible for any additional paperwork needed for the shipment.
- No animal will be held without a deposit received.
- No Deposit will be refunded, unless we are unable to fill your specific request (ie Jack, Jennet, Brown, Black, etc).
- Rushcreek Donkeys reserves the right of first refusal on any donkey. It also reserves the right to change or cancel any sale at any time. In this case, your deposit would be refunded
- Payment must be cashier's check or Postal Money order.
- If you find our terms unacceptable, you must cancel the completion of your order. Our terms are to protect the seller and the buyer, and most of all our donkeys.
